Start a session, then walk, run, or cycle in a loop. When your path crosses itself or comes close to where you started, the enclosed area becomes your territory.
Only during an active session. When you stop your session, all GPS tracking stops. Background tracking only works while a session is running and you've granted "Always Allow" location permission.
Yes! Other players can capture your territory by walking their own loops through your land. Strengthen your territories by revisiting them to make them harder to capture.
Yes, Territory Conquest is completely free to download and play.
Go to the Friends tab in the app, then use the search function to find friends by their username. Send them a friend request and once accepted, you'll see each other on the leaderboard.

Territory Conquest Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates the Territory Conquest mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Location data is central to Territory Conquest's gameplay. We collect GPS data only during active sessions. When you end a session, real-time tracking stops. Background location tracking only operates during active sessions when you have granted "Always Allow" permission, allowing the app to record your route while your screen is locked or you're using other apps.
Your location data is used to create territories, calculate distances, and display your position on the map. Territory polygon data is stored on our servers to enable multiplayer features.
We do not sell your personal data. Your username, territory data, and leaderboard statistics are visible to other players as part of the game. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the app (e.g., database hosting, map services).
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (cloud database) and is protected by industry-standard encryption. Data is stored on servers located in the EU/UK.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Profile > Delete Account). To exercise other rights, contact us at support@territoryconquest.com.
Territory Conquest is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Territory Conquest is a location-based fitness game that uses GPS data to enable players to capture real-world territory through physical activity.
You must create an account to use Territory Conquest. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
The app uses real-time and background location data to deliver core gameplay functionality. By using the app, you consent to GPS tracking during active sessions, background location tracking where explicitly enabled, and storage of location data to create territories and calculate statistics.
Territory Conquest is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that occurs while using the app. Always prioritise your personal safety. Do not enter unsafe areas, private property, or restricted zones to capture territory. Obey all local laws and regulations.
Territory Conquest and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Territory Conquest Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
